Rev. Nikki Stahl is the Association Minister for the Heart of Texas Association of the United Church of Christ. Rev. Stahl obtained her MDiv from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary along with her MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010.
Rev. Stahl has worked at the local church, association, and conference level including serving as president of the South Central Conference Board of Directors from 2019-2021.
Rev. Stahl began her call as the HOTA Minister in November 2021. Her role as Association Minister includes supporting authorized ministers and authorized local congregations in the central and South Texas areas and serving as ex-officio member of the HOTA Executive Committee and HOTA Committee on Ministry. Additionally, she currently serves as a UCC representative on the Board of Be the Neighbor, a justice-based service-learning trip ministry that equips youth and adults to live lives of love, service, and justice.
When not busy doing minister stuff, Rev. Stahl enjoys hanging out with her husband, supporting her three children in their various activities including marching band and dance, or loving on her beloved canine.
Rev. Nikki's favorite part about being an Association Minister is being in relationship with the authorized ministers and lay leaders of the congregations. She's always open for an email, phone call, or even an in-person meeting. She wants to hear from you!
